Peanut Butter-Berry Smoothie

Inspired by a childhood favorite, this drink is reminiscent of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Serve garnished with more berries, if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 medium-sized ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
