Ingredients

4 frozen mini waffles
1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 small banana, sliced

Preparation

1. Toast waffles according to package directions.

2. While waffles cook, combine peanut butter and honey. Spread mixture over waffles, and top with banana slices.

Nutrition Note: Peanut Butter Tip Natural peanut butter lacks the added sugar and hydrogenated fats that other peanut butters have, making it a healthier option. The downside, though, is that spreading it can be hard after it is stored in the refrigerator. To make spreading easier, microwave it a few seconds to soften, and then stir well.
