  • 2 cups refrigerated vanilla fat-free soy milk (such as Silk)
  • 1 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • 3 small ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Crushed ice
