This was really good. The flavor was excellent! I made it with chicken legs this time, and next time I'm going to try it with boneless breasts.

We made this for a picnic, and it was delicious. I think it would benefit from removing the skin from the chicken, and would be healthier as well!

My husband said to make this one again. I did remove the chicken leg's skin. I increased the amout of soy sauce and the red pepper. It was tasty!

This dish was good. The chicken was moist and tender. It didnt have as much of a peanut flavor as I was expecting but it was still very good. I think I agree and will make it with chicken breast next time as I prefer white meat. But definatley a keeper.
