1 16-oz. can sliced peaches, drained and 5 T. juice reserved
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
Garnish: cinnamon-sugar to taste
How to Make It
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate. Arrange peach slices on top; set aside. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and reserved juice for 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
