We love this - I usually use frozen mango chunks from Trader Joe's. And we also have found we are able to reduce the amount of sugar and it still tastes great! Really good with Indian or any type of spicy food.
Peach Yogurt Refresher
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup sliced fresh peaches*
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve over ice.
- *1 cup fresh mango slices may be substituted.
