Peach Puree

Use leftover Peach Puree as a spread for biscuits, a mix-in for warm oatmeal, or a topping for French toast or pancakes. It will keep for a few days in the refrigerator.

 

This recipe goes with Fresh Peach Gelées

Preparation

  1. 1. Process peaches, sugar, and 1 Tbsp. water in a blender 1 minute or until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; cover and chill until ready to use.
