I have tried many cobbler recipes trying to find one that produces the right kind of biscuit topping. FINALLY! This is it!! Do not waste your time with any other cobblers. Super easy to make and bakery-quality result. Since it's still early in the season for stone fruit, I made my cobbler with 3 lbs. locally grown strawberries. Watch the fruit bubble up on the sides of the pan as it bakes. I used extra cornstarch since my fruit was so juicy. I doubled the topping recipe and used a large rectangular casserole dish. Topped the cobbler with turbinado sugar.
