An Absolutely fantastic refreshing summer drink!! Takes a little work to peal and pit the peaches before blending, but definitley worth it. I have made this recipe multiple times and have never strained it. All my friends love it and constantly request it!!

This was fabulous! I halved the recipe and for sugar used about 1/3 cup. I muddled the mint, sugar and lime juice then let it sit for a bit so the sugar would dissolve. I did strain my peaches. After reading the reviews I am thinking that if the peaches aren't strained you have way much more peach mix than needed as straining only gives the juice and removes the pulp (which is the bulk of the peach). I think I wouldn't care for the pulp in my drink - it was perfect as I made it. Grumpy and I both had two drinks from 1/2 of the recipe. (yeah, I had a definite but good buzz!) While this is a little work because of straining the peaches, it is SO WORTH it!

I used about 1 1/2 tbs Agave nectar in place of sugar! Delish!!!

I absolutely love this recipe! I have made it half a dozen times with excellent results. I think it's just as good with a bag of frozen peaches. When I'm using fresh peaches, I put them in the freezer for a bit after slicing because I like the frozen texture. I have never strained out the solids, and I don't know why you would.

LOVE this recipe! I made as instructed and it was absolutely delicious, it's way too easy to have more than you should! I brought this to a summer BBQ with friends, it was a big hit. Definitely worth the effort and worthy of a special occasion. The store bought peach mojitos pale in comparison.
