Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
- 2 cups chopped peeled peaches
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
- 14 fresh raspberries (optional)
- 7 fresh peach slices (optional)
- 7 (6-inch) wooden skewers (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Place first 6 ingredients in a blender in the order given; process until smooth. Pour evenly into 7 glasses. If desired, alternately thread 2 raspberries and 1 peach slice on each of 7 wooden skewers, placing 1 skewer in each glass as a garnish.
