  • 1 1/2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 2 cups chopped peeled peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
  • 14 fresh raspberries (optional)
  • 7 fresh peach slices (optional)
  • 7 (6-inch) wooden skewers (optional)


  1. 1. Place first 6 ingredients in a blender in the order given; process until smooth. Pour evenly into 7 glasses. If desired, alternately thread 2 raspberries and 1 peach slice on each of 7 wooden skewers, placing 1 skewer in each glass as a garnish.
