Ingredients
- 12 green tea bags
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups peach nectar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from 3 small lemons)
- 8 lemon slices, optional
Preparation
- Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Place tea bags and sugar in a large heatproof pitcher. Pour in boiling water and stir until sugar has dissolved. Let steep for about 1 1/2 hours. Discard tea bags. Stir peach nectar and lemon juice into tea. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 36 hours. To serve, stir tea and pour into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
