Ingredients

1 (1-pound) package frozen peaches
1 1/2 cups sliced ripe banana (about 2 medium)
1 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
3/4 to 1 teaspoon coconut extract

Preparation

Add all ingredients to food processor bowl; process until smooth. Serve immediately, or freeze, covered, in an airtight freezer-safe container until ready to serve.
