- 3/4 pound(s) sliced peaches (1/4 inch)
- 3 tablespoon(s) Sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) Chopped Pecans
- 1 frozen crust (just one piece)
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowel and arrange mixture in an overlap pattern on center of pie crust. Fold outer edges of the dough slightly towards the center of the filing (about 2 inches around). Brush egg on exposed crust. Sprinkle pecan pieces on top. Back at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
