Peach Daiquiri

  • Yield: about 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peaches, thawed
  • 1 (6-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 3/4 cup light rum
  • Cracked ice

Preparation

Combine half each of peaches, lemonade, and rum in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Gradually add cracked ice, processing until mixture reaches desired consistency. Pour into serving glasses.

Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
