Peach Champagne Slush
- 3 1/2 cups peeled, sliced fresh peaches (about 2 pounds)
- 2 cups pink champagne
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a shallow baking dish; freeze at least 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
