  • 3 1/2 cups peeled, sliced fresh peaches (about 2 pounds)
  • 2 cups pink champagne
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a shallow baking dish; freeze at least 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
