The Peabody Peppermint Patti
Yield: 4 1/2 cups
- 4 (1-ounce) envelopes hot chocolate mix
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup peppermint schnapps
- Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
- Empty all envelopes of hot chocolate mix into a large pitcher. Add 4 cups boiling water to pitcher, stirring until hot chocolate mix dissolves. Stir in peppermint schnapps.
- Pour mixture into 4 mugs, and top each serving with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
