Ingredients

1 cup frozen peas, thawed
4 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 rye crispbread crackers

1. Combine first 6 ingredients (through pepper) in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
