"PB and J" Steak Stir-fry with Rice

    This recipe was good, but not awesome. There are better stir-fry recipes on this site. I did, however, like the steak and will incorporate it in other stir-fry recipes.

    I made the recipe exactly as written and thought it was excellent. If you don't have pepper jelly, I bet you could use apple jelly and add some red pepper flakes for heat. I would make it again in a heartbeat.

    This is my husband's absolute favorite recipe. I made it for a group and everyone raved about it. One thing I did differently was to mix the PB&J and then incorporate the soy sauce slowly. I also added celery cut on the diagonal. If not overcooked, the colors are bright and appealing.
