- 1 tablespoon Cola Gastrique
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 5 to 6 oz. sparkling wine
- Garnish: lemon rind curl
- Add 1 Tbsp. Cola Gastrique and 2 dashes of orange bitters to a Champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish, if desired.
