For Paul's Chicken Rub, substitute 3 tablespoons dried oregano for the brown sugar, and store in an airtight container.

- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
