Pat's Kolaches

Small filled kolaches

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce(s) Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup(s) Butter
  • 2 cup(s) Flour sifted
  • 2 Eggs well beaten
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar granulated
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • Powdered sugar to dust cookies

Preparation

1. Cream c cheese and butter

2. Blend dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture

3. Chill 15 minutes

4. Roll and cut (2")

5. Place filling in middle of cookie

6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minute

7. Cool

8. Dust w powdered sugar
