- Tomatoes
- Pasta
- Goat cheese
Preparation
- Cut cherry tomatoes in 1/2. Season with s/p, evoo, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, red pepper flakes. Drain pasta and dump over tomatoes. Add more evoo and goat cheese.
