Pasta with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage

    The best version of this recipe I have seen to date. I tweaked it like many of the prior reviewers. I decreased the broth, parm and salt. I have used turkey italian sausage -- either the sweet or hot -- and both have been wonderful. I used frozen broccoli which worked well. This has quickly become a favorite of the family. So easy and delish!

    As good as it gets! This was super easy to make and so delicious! I used chicken stock instead of broth which I think added to the flavor. Next time I would reduce the sauce a bit more as mine was just a touch to watery. I also think a bit more red pepper flakes would be in order.

    I really liked this dish! Just happened to have the ingredients on hand too. I had broccoli and cauliflower so i used a combination. It was really tasty. I did reduce the amount of chicken broth by half - still a little watery so probably would do even less next time. Overall great dish. My 3 years had 2 servings! :)
