I prepared this Frittata yesterday and it was great! However, I did change it up a bit to suit my taste. I used a whole medium onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 zucchini and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. My husband loved it!! It is a very hardy breakfast or a great dinner. Either way you can't lose with this one.
