    It is hard to get my kids to try new things to eat, but they love your recipes. This one was a big hit, my daughter even asked for seconds!

    This was a nice change to tuna salad and perfect for a light but satisfying lunch. I didn't have fresh basil so used dried instead and still had plenty of flavor. Will try with fresh basil next time I make this.

    This is quick, easy, and yummy. The thought of cooking packaged tuna usually scares me but this was very yummy. I prepared it warm as the directions stated, but would probably be just as good as a cold salad.
