Pasta Pork Bolognese

    We were expecting this to be an average meal, however it was really terrific. The sauce has great bold flavor. We used pork sausage rather than ground pork and it turned out great.

    Fantastic recipe. Added all of the basil at once instead of sprinkling some at the end. Turned out extremely well. Served with steamed green beans and bragged to all my friends.

    My family really enjoyed this meal and the pork added a different twist to the Bolognese. I will be making this again for sure.

    I too didn't expect too much but wanted something different. This was FANTASTIC. I used Marcella red wine and it really worked out well. I would def make for company it was that good!!!

    Excellent, meaty dish and so easy to prepare. Great family weeknight meal. Needed a little more salt in my opinion. I can never find low sodium marinara so I used my favorite Newman's brand.

    I was excited about this dish given the reviews. What a disappointment! The bolognese itself lacked any flavor and there wasn't enough sauce- making the fettuccini dry. I followed the recipe exactly as written and served it to guests- based on the reviews. I was embarrassed as I watched my guests request pepper and cheese repeatedly to try to add flavor. Growing up in an Italian family, bolognese is a staple- but this recipe definitely will not make the rotation.

    My husband and picky sons loved this! It's easy to make and quite tasty. I made it with lean ground turkey instead of pork.

    I know I'll be making this again. My husband said it was a keeper! Fantastic and tasty meal.
