Pasta Carbonara

Pasta Carbonara

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 package(s) spaghetti or fetticcine
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk or cream
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4-8 slices bacon, 1" pieces
  • parsley

Preparation

Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove from heat, do not drain. When cook add milk. Pour drained pasta into large bowl. Immediately add egg and cheese and toss. Add bacon mixture and parsley. Toss and serve.
