Passion fruit juice can be found in many Latin American supermarkets.
1 cup bottled unsweetened iced tea
1 cup passion fruit juice
2 cups ice cubes
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
2 large carambolas (star fruits), sliced
How to Make It
Combine tea and juice in an 8-inch square glass or ceramic baking dish. Cover and freeze 1 hour or until slushy. Remove from freezer; combine tea mixture, ice, and sugar in a blender. Process until smooth. Garnish with a star fruit slice.
