Ingredients

  • 2 cups pear nectar, chilled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup brandy (optional)
  • 2 (750-milliliter) bottles sparkling apple cider, chilled
  • 1 liter club soda, chilled

Preparation

Stir together pear nectar, honey, and, if desired, brandy in a large punch bowl. Stir in sparkling apple cider and club soda just before serving.
