Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic (about 6 large cloves)
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 (2 1/2-pound) flank steak, trimmed
- Sweet-and-Sour Red Onion-Vinegar Sauce
Preparation
- Prepare grill.
- Combine the first 6 ingredients. Rub both sides of steak with mixture. Place steak on grill rack; grill for 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serve with Sweet-and-Sour Red Onion-Vinegar Sauce.
