Parmesan-Turkey-Ranch Rollups

  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 (6- to 7-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  • 2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey

How to Make It

  1. Spread dressing evenly on 1 side of each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese, green onions, and tomato. Top with lettuce and turkey. Roll up tortillas; secure with wooden picks.
