Ingredients
- 1 whole-wheat baguette, halved lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350° F. On a baking sheet, toast the bread until lightly golden. Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
