Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat baguette, halved lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. On a baking sheet, toast the bread until lightly golden. Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
