A simple side that is sure to win big, even with the kiddos. With bold flavor, it and bright color is a showstopper beside any entrée. Tip: Purchase a block of fresh Parmesan from the local market. Using true Parmesan will round off the polenta with fruity and nutty notes.
 

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat broiler to high.

Step 2

Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add polenta to pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and butter. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
