Unroll 1 (11-oz.) can refrigerated soft breadstick dough. Spread 1/4 cup pesto evenly over dough. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup (1 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese. Separate dough at perforations. Stretch dough into 10-inch-long strips; twist strips, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
