2 none medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1 none garlic clove, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium- high heat. Add zucchini and garlic; cook 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and next 3 ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
