  • 1 (30-oz.) package frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Toss together all ingredients. Prepare hash brown mixture according to package directions.
