Ingredients

2 heaping cups (about 3 ounces) 3/4-inch stale bread cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 teaspoon teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Heat oven to 400° F. Place the bread in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil and toss well with the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
