  • Vegetable cooking spray

How to Make It

  1. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon cheese, forming a 2-inch round, on an aluminum-foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining cheese, leaving 1-inch between rounds.

  2. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Quickly remove cheese wafers from baking sheet with a spatula. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
