- 1 cup(s) buttermilk
- 1 1/2rat pound(s) chicken tenders
- 1 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated
- 3/4 cup(s) breadcrumbs
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for up to 30 minutes. Combine cheese and breadcrumbs. Dredge tenders in cheese mixture and place on a greased baking sheet. Lightly spray tops of tenders with pam. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes.
