Crispy and flavorful chicken. Even tasty without the tomato sauce -- I chopped up the chicken and put it on a salad.

These are the best baked chicken breasts I've ever made! I used panko with Italian seasoning sprinkled in since I didn't have Italian - seasoned bread crumbs. I didn't serve with the sauce either, just alongside some pasta with herbs. These were delicious, and I will definitely make them again.
