    I use this recipe often, it's super easy, quick and tasty. I serve with my favorite pasta in red sauce and pour some of the red sauce over the chicken. Paired with my favorite Italian red wine and I have a complete meal. My family loves this recipe.

    Yum. I made mine without the additional Italian seasoning. Will try that next time. Also next time, I'll either serve immediately or might broil it at the end to get a crispier outer layer--was a little soggy.
