We liked the fish and it was easy. I didn't have the green beans. I used individually frozen pkgs of Tilapia and baked it for 30 min. When I opened the parchment pkgs there was a lot of "juice" and the fish looked poached. Maybe if I had used fresh fish there wouldn't have been so much liquid, not that the liquid was a bad thing, especially since I served it with rice. I think unless you need individual pkgs for some reason, you could make this in a 9" x 12" baking dish and just cover with foil. Even easier.

Really easy preparation for a flavorful and healthy seafood entree. I used pacific cod and substituted sun-dried tomatoes and it came out great!
