- 3 hulled strawberries
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (3 ounces) gin
- 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) St. Germain
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Club soda
- Garnish: strawberry and lemon wedge
How to Make It
Press hulled strawberries against bottom and sides of a cocktail shaker using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon; fill shaker with ice. Add gin, St. Germain, and lime juice; shake vigorously. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass, and top with club soda. Garnish, if desired.
