How to Make It

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°F. Coat large nonstick ovenproof casserole with cooking spray. Season pork with salt and pepper; cook until browned. Add celery and onion, and cook until browned. Add water to steam-fry.

Step 2

Stir in paprika. Pour in tomato sauce, potatoes, celeriac, and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil; cover and cook for 40 minutes, until the meat and potatoes are tender. Serve with a spoonful of yogurt.
