- 10 ounce(s) Gouda cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoon(s) smoked sweet Spanish paprika
- Bring Gouda to room temperature and spread on a working surface. Using a fine strainer or a sifter, dust paprika liberally over cheese. Skewer each cube with a toothpick and transfer to a serving tray. Yield: about 48 pieces.
