Paprika-Dusted Gouda

This extremely simple entertaining snack combines the smoky sweet flavor of Spanish paprika with the nutty creaminess of Gouda. No baking or cooking required! Recipe from the Whole Foods Market website:

  • 10 ounce(s) Gouda cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) smoked sweet Spanish paprika


  1. Bring Gouda to room temperature and spread on a working surface. Using a fine strainer or a sifter, dust paprika liberally over cheese. Skewer each cube with a toothpick and transfer to a serving tray. Yield: about 48 pieces.
