Papaya Shake

When choosing papaya, look for fruit that gives slightly to pressure. If it isn't ripe yet, keep it in a sealed brown paper bag for a few days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped papaya (about 1 papaya), frozen
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple, frozen
  • 1 cup chopped peeled ripe peaches, frozen (1 large)
  • 3/4 cup peach nectar
  • 3/4 cup rice milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Dash of sea salt

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
