Papaya and Mango Salsa
"This is a great summer salsa. I like to try new stuff at home, and when I brought home a firm unripe papaya from the local market, I added a few things I had in the house and came up with this. It's so versatile--it can be served with chips, fish, or meat." --CL Reader
