I've made this a couple of times now, though not to recipe. I don't keep orange juice on-hand so it's pretty much pureed papaya and mango with lime juice and maybe the honey. I don't add the water - why dilute the flavor? Otherwise the proportions seem about right. I may try adding pineapple or at least the juice at some point. I buy papaya frequently for the Vitamin C content (3x that of an orange by the serving) but the cubed fruit gets boring, so this is a nice way to change things up and use it up a little faster if I need to.
