For a tropical presentation, serve this soup in hollowed-out papaya shell halves, and sprinkle with mint and diced mango. If you prefer thinner soup, add more water or orange juice.

Step 1

Place first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.

Step 2

Ladle 1 cup soup into each of 4 bowls; top with diced mango and mint, if desired.
