Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 cup(s) Flour
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 2 2/3 cup(s) Water

Preparation

  1. Stir all together, pour into pan above stove on Medium. Let cook until light brown. Then flip, and quickly serve into plate.
