- 3 Eggs
- 3 cup(s) Flour
- 4 tablespoon(s) Oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
- 2 2/3 cup(s) Water
- Stir all together, pour into pan above stove on Medium. Let cook until light brown. Then flip, and quickly serve into plate.
