Fantastic! Made for a few close friends, started the evening with a goat cheese and fig bruschetta and wine. Then had tomato basil soup, more wine :) then the scallops. Was so delicious and so easy to put together. Really impressive.

This dish is easy to prepare and the results are fantastic! The only problem is that we all wanted more than the 3 allotted scallops in the recipe!
